Ferdi didn't set out to build just another property management agency. He co-founded Manna around three beliefs: property deserves to be genuinely cared for, people always come first, and fair value.

His path into property started in Melbourne in 2011 one of Australia's most demanding real estate markets, and the foundation of everything he brings to Perth today.

Ferdi has a genuine and practical interest in property condition shaped by years of personal involvement in renovation and maintenance. He approaches every property the way a careful owner would: looking for what needs attention, acting before small issues escalate, and treating each home as if the investment were his own. It is not a policy. It is simply how he is built.

Manna is a family business, built to grow the right way with people who share the same values, not just fill a role. As the team grows, Ferdi remains hands on where it matters: setting the standard, overseeing outcomes, and making sure the philosophy that built this business never gets lost along the way.

Rikke co-founded Manna Property Management, and brings to the role something that makes a real difference, a genuine approach to looking after people and properties alike.
